The Trakker Tempest Brolly V2 Skull Cap goes over the top of your existing Tempest Brolly to give you extra protection from the elements without comprising your view of the water. It adds a second skin to the top of the shelter which combats condensation and retains heat. Unlike a full overwrap, a skull cap can be left in place when the bivvy is packed down.
